On the left sidebar, you can find the Admin area (accessible to administrators or users with similar rights) for managing user permissions. In the "Rights Management" section, you can access the Role list, which provides an overview of all company roles. Additionally, you can add new roles from this page.
By clicking the "Add Role" button, you can create a new role by providing a name, defining its rights, and adding a description. Furthermore, you can view the list of users assigned to the role as well as any associated groups. Additionally, from this interface, you can configure the accessibility rights for Newton, determining which parts of the product an external user can view or edit, for example.
