Depending on the scenario, the legal form of an Entity might only be necessary as information stored in Newton and should not be included whenever the entity name is exported somewhere. Or the legal form consists of multiple words, which need to be inserted at different positions within the entity name. You can then check the box "Suppress Legal Form" for those cases.
If, instead, the legal form should appear whenever the entity name is output, but it does not have to be appended to the name, but instead appear for example, at the beginning of the name, then you can add the text "[LF]" to the name field, at the appropriate position, and whenever the entity name is output, the legal form will be inserted at the place of the "[LF]" placeholder.

Enriching data

After creating the new Entity, you can add additional data within the subtabs.
In Documents, you can upload the necessary incorporation documents and related information. Simply click on "Add Document" and choose to upload a document from your Google Drive, Dropbox, or SharePoint. Additionally, you can create new documents based on templates available. Check to understand how to create and manage document templates.
