Giving the appropriate rights to edit an Entity and to set up a Compliance, you have the possibility to add, edit or delete default Compliances on the Domestic Level, define CTBs, FACTAs and CRSs on the International Level, as well as define UBOs.

Good to know

When adding or editing a compliance, if you miss a specific type of compliance, classification, election, or form status, these and other fields, such as the due date, can be added or edited in the Options section. To do so or to create a new customised compliance, navigate to Configuration > Options in your Newton sidebar.
